A condo move-out is usually a smaller space than a house, but it has more moving parts: building management, an HOA, a reserved elevator and a front desk that needs to know who is coming in.
Check the building rules first
- Vendor access: many buildings require cleaners to be registered with the front desk or management before the visit.
- Insurance: some ask for a certificate of insurance. Tidy Mom is insured and can provide one.
- Hours: buildings often limit service work to set hours on weekdays.
- Elevators: if the movers have the freight elevator booked, schedule the clean after their slot.
Condo-specific spots
- Balcony or lanai floors, railings and sliding-door tracks.
- Glass shower enclosures and hard-water buildup.
- Stackable washer and dryer, including the lint trap and door seal.
- A/C closet, vents and return grilles.
- Inside all kitchen cabinets, appliances and closets.
Plan ahead: send us the building name and any vendor rules when you book. We will get registered with the front desk before the day of the clean.
Owners selling or re-renting
If you own the unit and are listing it, a move-out clean before photos and showings makes the space look as large and bright as it is. If you are re-renting, it gets the unit ready for the next tenant's walk-through.
Condo move-out cleaning starts at $320, flat priced by size and condition. See the full scope on our move-in / move-out cleaning page or the West Palm Beach cleaning page.
