How it works
- Access: lockbox, door code or key pickup. You do not need to be on site.
- Scheduling: we book around your vacancy date and your maintenance crew.
- Scope: the full empty-home checklist, including inside appliances, cabinets and closets.
- Photos: before-and-after photos on request for your file or a deposit dispute.
- Invoicing: invoices issued to your company, with the property address on every line.
- Follow-up: anything flagged within 24 hours, we come back and fix it.
